বলিউডের মিস্ট্রি থ্রিলার জনরার মধ্যে নিঃসন্দেহে অন্যতম একটি সেরা কাজ এটি (মাগার আন্ডাররেটেড )। আর আপনি সাইকোলজিক্যাল থ্রিলার এর ফ্যান হয়ে থাকলে এটা আপনার জন্য মাস্ট ওয়াচ। মুভির মাঝখানে একটু স্লো লাগতে পারে বাট শেষ ৩০ মিনিট আগুন ছিলো । জাস্ট কন্সিয়াস আর সাবকন্সিয়াস মাইন্ডের দারুন এক খেলা চলছে।

আপনার অফিসে আপনার তেমন কোনো সম্মান নেই। বসের প্যারা আর ঘেনঘেনানিতে অতিষ্ঠ। বাড়িওয়ালা ও বিভিন্ন অজুহাতে আপনার কাছ থেকে টাকা আদায় করছে কিন্তু আপনি উপায় না পেয়ে কিছু বলতে পারছেন না। ক্রাশও পাত্তা দিচ্ছে না। এদিকে অফিসেও প্রতিনিয়ত চলছে অপমান। জীবন আস্তে আস্তে অসহ্য হয়ে উঠছে। শেষমেষ এক ভোরের সময় ঘুমের ওষুধ খেয়ে সুইসাইডের সিদ্ধান্ত। কিন্তু সর্বদা নিশ্চুপ হয়ে থাকা টেলিফোনটা হঠাত বেজে উঠলো। (বাই দা রাস্তা, আপনার নাম কার্তিক)। ফোন ধরার পর, ওপারের লোকটি বল্লো তার নামও কার্তিক। হঠাৎ খেয়াল করলেন তার গলার স্বর ও অবিকল আপনার মতই। ঘড়িতে যখন ভোর পাচটা, এমন একটা ঘটনা আপনার সাথে হলে কেমন হতো ব্যাপারটা?

পরিস্থিতি মানিয়ে কার্তিক কথা বলা শুরু করলো কার্তিকের সাথে। ওপারের লোকটি কার্তিকের ব্যাপারে যা যা বলেছে সবই সঠিক। সেই লোকটি কার্তিকের ব্যাংকের পিন কোড থেকে শুরু করে গতকালকের স্বপ্নটাও সঠিক ভাবে বলে দিলো। লোকটি কার্তিককে কিছু উপদেশ দিলো যা মেনে চলার পর কার্তিকের খুব উপকার হচ্ছিলো। প্রতিদিন ভোর ৫ টায় ফোন আসতো। কার্তিকের জীবন আস্তে আস্তে বদলে গেলো। কিন্তূ ল্যান্ডলাইন হওয়ার ফলে লোকটির নাম্বার জানা গেলো না। পরে টেলিফোন অফিসে গিয়ে জানতে পারলো যে তার ল্যন্ডলাইনে কোনো ফোন আসেনি।

স্বভাবতই এটিকে তার মানসিক রোগ হিসেবে মনে করা হলেও পরবর্তীতে তার সাইক্রিয়াটিস্টও ভোর ৫ টায় ফোনের রিং বাজতে দেখে এবং ওপারের কার্তিকের সাথে কথা বলে।

এর চেয়ে বেশি কিছু বলে দিয়ে আপনার কাহিনীর স্পয়লার করে দেওয়ার দায়ভার আমি নিতে পারবো না ।
